Latest HP Server Rack

Hewlett Packard (HP) has lauched a new server rack that is the answer for cost-saving while still having capability to provide the whole weight support for 2,000 pounds of equipment.

The HP v142 server rack is the newcoming product of the company having a front door that is 63 per cent perforated for efficient airflow and cooling system.

Not only having side panels which are easy to manage, but many other component parts are also available such as rack stabilisers, baying and grounding kits, with an extra strong welded frame.

While also being suitable for data centre startups, this server rack is appropriate for using in small and medium-sized industries.

Other solution, recently revealed by HP for a completely different end of the networking market, has been the Performance Optimized Datacentres (POD).

Earlier this year, a resized version of the POD was exposed, with space for ten fully equipped 50U racks in a 20ft shipping container.

  3. Wow, I didn't realize that HP's new server rack could hold up to 2,000 pounds of equipment. That is quite powerful. This will be great for larger businesses in need of storing immense amounts of data. It sounds like it's easy to maintain as well. I'm a big fan of HP's modern computer racks for servers since they seem to have a strong ability to hold lots of data in a little amount of space.
